Refund policy

At MYSTERRA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days to request a return from the delivery date of the last item in your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. What is NOT Returnable

•  Innerwear, cosmetics & skincare if opened/used (hygiene reasons)

•  Sale items and gift cards

•  Items marked as Final Sale

3. Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel any unfulfilled item anytime before it is fulfilled/shipped from your order status page. No charges. Full refund initiated.

4. Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of Rs. 59 will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee.

5. How to Initiate Return / Cancellation

Go to your order status page or Mail us at care@itsmysterra.com with Order ID. We will schedule a pickup within 48 hours.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refund will be initiated within 24 hours. Prepaid orders: refund to original payment method in 3-5 working days. COD orders: refund via bank transfer / store credit.

7. Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order for clothing.
